What services do you offer?

We offer dog walking, drop-ins, pack walks, overnight care, house sitting and daycare. Each of these services is customized to your pet's needs.

How do I book a service?

Please fill out an intake form so we can schedule a time to talk and discuss your pet's needs.

How do you accept payments?

We currently accept cash, check or Venmo. Payment is due before or at the time of service.

What happens if my pet has an emergency?

We will contact you immediately and, if needed, and take your pet to your preferred veterinarian or nearest emergency clinic.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made within this window may incur a 50% service charge.

We understand that emergencies happen, and full refunds may be granted at the owner’s discretion.

For longer bookings (e.g., weekly house sitting or dog boarding), we recommend cancelling at least one week in advance so that we have time to accommodate other clients.

Are you available on weekends and holidays?

Yes! We offer services 7 days a week, including holidays. Weekends and holidays do tend to book up quickly so be sure to book well in advance.

Can you administer medication or special diets?

Yes, we have a ton of experience with oral, topical, and injections as well as extensive experience with a variety of diets.

What if my pet doesn't get along with other pets?

We tailor our services to your pet's needs. One-on-one attention is always provided if your pet is not social.

Do you offer services for extended trips or multiple pets?

Absolutely! We have many clients who use us for one or two week getaways while taking care of all of their fur babies.
